The late N.A. Palkhivala had in 1973 edited and published the above book. Thanks to support received from Mr. Syamal Gupta, Director, Tata Sons Ltd, the Trust reprinted 3000 copies of the book for free distribution.

Biography of Nani A. Palkhivala:

The Trust had commissioned the well-known writer Mr. M.V. Kamath to write the biography of Nani Palkhivala. The book entitled “Nani A. Palkhivala – A Life”, published by Hay House, was released by Mr. Justice S.P. Bharucha, former Chief Justice of India in 2007. Copies of the book have been sent to more than 600 law colleges, public libraries and others.

Propagation of Right To Information Act, 2006:

Since May 2007 the Trust, through Mahiti Adhikar Manch, Mumbai, has been propagating the RTI Act for the benefit of citizens.

“Nani Palkhivala – The Courtroom Genius” by Soli Sorabjee & Arvind Datar:

This book was released by Mr. Justice S.H. Kapadia, the then Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, on 14th January 2012, on the occasion of the 9th Nani Palkhivala Memorial Lecture delivered by him in Mumbai. The first copy was presented to Mr. B.A. Palkhivala at the function.

“The Wit and Wisdom of Nani Palkhivala”

Mr. Jignesh R. Shah, Advocate, had compiled an excellent collection of quotations on different subjects from Nani Palkhivala’s writings and speeches. He had received immense support and guidance from Mr. B.A. Palkhivala in doing so. At the behest of the Trust Rupa & Co published the compilatioin in the form of a book. The book, with an Introduction by Mr. Y.H. Malegam and Foreword by Mr. B.A. Palkhivala, was released at the hands of Mr. Justice Santosh Hegde (Retd.) in Mumbai on 1st September 2015. The first copy was presented to Mr. B.A. Palkhivala on the occasion.

This book was released by Mr. N. Chandrasekaran, Chairman, Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd. on 16th January 2020, on the occasion of the 17th Nani A. Palkhivala Memorial Lecture delivered by him in Mumbai.

This book was released by Hon’ble Dr. Justice D. Y. Chandrachud, Chief Justice of India on 21st January 2023, on the occasion of the 18th Nani A. Palkhivala Memorial Lecture delivered by him in Mumbai.
